Rowena eyed Rose with an amused expression. Was she snoring? Rowena didn't know that Venus children snored. It was good that Rose did. This was proof that not everyone is perfect. Almost everyone had a flaw. Rowena would never trust someone who was perfect. It just wouldn't be natural.

Rose opened her eyes for a moment. "What you looking at?" She asked bewildered. Obviously she was looking at Rose at the moment. Rose sat up and fixed a piece of hair that had gotten tangled with another one. Rose was constantly worrying about her hair. Not because she had to look "perfect" all the time. Just simply to look presentable. She hated not being neat.

"Nothing." Rowena sang innocently. "I was looking at absolutely nothing." Naturally this wasn't true. Luckily Rowena was a very skilled liar. Not that she lied often. It was just useful when she didn't want someone to know the truth. She blew a strand of hair out of her eyes. When it fell back in front of them she took the hairband off her wrist and pulled her hair into a neat and tight ponytail.

Rose stood up. "We going again?" She asked. Rose wanted to get really good at fighting. She looked like a weak, frail being. She needed something to prove that she was persistent and not to mess with her.

"Uhhh sure." Rowena answered. "Do you want to attack first or defend? I don't really mind." Rowena stretched her arms gently as she waited for Rose's reply. Rowena liked attacking and defending, but she didn't like choosing which one to do. Rowena didn't like small decisions, or big ones either, come to think of it.

"Umm, I'll defend, you attack." Rose nodded towards a open spot and walked over. She pulled her dagger out of its sheath and held it up. Rose was thrilled she got to train. She wished she had a sword though. She'd find one eventually.

Rowena smiled and steadied herself. She planted her feet in a perfect stance and readied her sword. Then she leaped at Rose so suddenly it was probably unexpected. She slashed her sword down on Rose's dagger one way then spun and did it a different way. Rose shouldn't be able to see these attacks coming. Mainly because Rowena was making them up on the spot without any sort of plan or guide.
